Top Rated Schools! The lower half of Stevenson Ranch kids go to Pico Canyon Elementary while the upper half of Stevenson Ranch go to Stevenson Ranch Elementary. All Stevenson Ranch junior high and high school students are zoned for Rancho Pico and West Ranch.

The main area of Stevenson Ranch does not have HOA pools but it does have easy access to the Richard Rioux Park which has baseball diamonds, a playground, tennis courts, soccer/football fields, and a walking trail around the park.

This is a large HOA covering over 1000 homes in the Stevenson Ranch area. The HOA primarily takes care of the common areas and fences that are visible from the main roads.
