An “in-town rural community”, Placerita Canyon is conveniently located close to shops and dining, yet it feels like you are miles away in the country. Placerita Canyon residents enjoy large lots and quiet neighborhoods.

Peachland Elementary school is SO close and convenient. You may want to take a short drive to the junior high and high schools though.

There are plenty of places to walk and hike but there are no community pools or tennis courts for this neighborhood.

This is a very small, informal HOA.
