Tesoro Heights in located in Valencia, an area of Santa Clarita, CA. The builder, Lennar, is a reputable national builder who has developed a large portion of Santa Clarita. They are known for communities with wonderful facilities like community pools, tennis courts, clubhouses, and walking trails. If you haven’t been to Santa Clarita, you really need to come see why we are getting so many people moving to our area. After living all over the world, I have lived here since 1992 and absolutely love it. Santa Clarita is commuter friendly, has excellent schools and parks, is generally well groomed and cared for, and is just an all around great place to live. Santa Clarita consistently is ranked as one of the safest cities in the nation! I’m thrilled that we have this new community of homes for sale in Santa Clarita as I know it will open up the doors for so many buyers.

This new home community is tucked behind an established Valencia community, Tesoro Del Valle. Tesoro Highlands has been a community that we have all been anticipating here in Santa Clarita. We started hearing rumors of it years ago so I was just thrilled when they had the ground breaking a few months ago. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to tour the 55+ communities in Tesoro Highlands as well as the community of Campana which opened a few months ago.

1. Prime Location: Tesoro Highlands Avila has great freeway access making it easy on Los Angeles commuters. These new homes for sale are at the north side of Santa Clarita’s Valencia which is close to great shopping and restaurants.
